The apricot kernels appear to be and taste very fresh. They are bitter, but I read bitter is better. I understand that for the B17 vitamin to be more available to your body, you should soak the kernels overnight in some purified water.The packaging was fine, everything came quickly and not smashed. The flavor (other than the bitterness) has a kind of an amaretto undertone taste, which is pleasant. Since I just got them, I cannot tell you if I have seen results yet, but I can always update this review at a later date.

It is another apricot krernel
I like the idea that there is a preventive and cure for cancer. The kernels should be as they are advertised which in all probability they are. Which is very good in knowing that the kernels are bitter. I think there is enough research on the matter of alternative cures for ailments and diseases to give credibility to this product.

Great customer service
I received my Bitter Apricot Seeds yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised to find a FAQ sheet included within the package. It had a lot of useful information I was not aware of. The seeds are of a high quality. The seller even took care to alert the currier to not accidentally freeze the package. This was really abouve and beyond customer service.
