Ordered product, shortly afterwards received an email from the seller to advise that they didn't have my requested colour in stock which was completely fine as it really didn't matter to me. The seller then emailed me to advise that they would be refunding me £4. Product was received swiftly and I am more than impressed! It is just a diary however its nice to receive such a great quality one. Looking forward to using it now. Will definitely be ordering a 2020 one also! Great service all round and would recommend.

Not overly impressed.Received a totally different diary to the one advertised.Should have contacted me about a replacement, as the diary ordered was specific to my needs & the replacement is not.

Brilliant diary. Great size and plenty of space for writing daily logs and appointments. Full separate pages for sat and sun unlike most diaries. Highly recommend
