I loved the med-high setting....i can use it tone my abs while watchin movies or surfing net. Good to use for 25 mins. Love it and recomend...Best if u use after workouts

Don’t buy unless you’re skinny!!!!!
This doesn’t work on me at all. I just get shocked. It works on my skinny son. Apparently your muscles have to have no fat layer over them for this to work. Very disappointed. :(

First I thought, that all of this 6 pack is not true, and that`s why I bought it to verify. To be honest I am surprised with result. I can see improvement after using this for a week!

Why no straps???
I'm liking the product so far... though unsure it'll have any impactful results. I really don't understand why the arm bands were made to stick rather than just attach a strap that you can lock so it doesn't fall off. That is the most annoying part...if you move or increase intensity it'll come unglued from your arm and you constantly have to restick them

I can’t begin to tell you how much these portable toners have changed my appearance. I work from home and spend a great deal of time on the computer and on the phone. The great thing about these portable ab toners is that I can use them while working from home and it doesn’t slow down my work flow or disrupt my business. Yesterday I received and tried this product. I didn't really believe in the stimulant, but it really works! I was cooking dinner, and I could feel my stomach muscles working.
