I bought this tea infuser as a Christmas gift to my husband and it was a BIG hit! First, it comes in a nice box, very presentable and well protected. When you open the beautiful and nice box, there is this beautiful set of tea pot and holder (warmer) that makes up a very nice gift. My husband absolutely loved it and we have used it a lot since he got it. It is worth the money. The tea light does keep the tea warm for a very long time. Keep in mind that you can't use the tea pot on the stove, so you have to boil the water and put it in the teapot. The only thing I think they could include in the box is a cloth bag (maybe a small string bag) to make it easier to put it away all together. But the fact that it does not come with a "put it away" bag does not make it any less worthy it.Also, it is very easy to clean and small enough that you don't need too much space for storage. Still, bit enough for 2-3 cups of tea.After I gave it to my husband I had to contact costumer service and I got a reply right away. Remember we are talking about Christmas Eve. And the reply was in my inbox in the next morning, Christmas Day. So they not only care about their products, they also care about their costumers.I am very happy with it!

I love these tea warmers. They’re wonderful. While they can take a little while to get your drink warm, they work great for power outages. Due to the the clear glass, The light from the candle actually is beautifully projected through the teapot when there’s just plain water inside. I actually use these for making Ramen when the power is out. Once the water is hot I have a good way to make instant Ramen. Due to the way the light reflects through plain water it can be a big help for seeing what you’re doing when trying to grab hold of it so as not to burn yourself.I have literally bought two of these now for myself, One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Also I have given one of these as a Christmas present to a friend.My only complaint is with the latest when I bought. It’s not the product itself, they’ve changed the packaging. It’s still keeps it secure however it’s far less pretty to look at and the box is not nearly as sturdy. With my old one I just stored inside inside the box it came in. With this newest one I’ve had to find a different container to store inside inside. This is a bit unfortunate, because the old boxes almost looked like they were meant to be gifted and were extremely sturdy.I love everything else about the product, but I would love to see them go back to the old boxes. Or at least try another redesign.

I hesitated to get this but now that I’ve used it several times because it’s so freaking cold outside now...I can’t believe I doubted my “need” for it lol.1. Looks elegant2. LOVE the silicone protector for the spout3. Lid is pretty snug on the silicone lip—although I still hold the lid when I’m pouring the last bit of tea out. The lid probably wouldn’t fall off but I really don’t want to take a chance I guess since I love my little teapot4. Very strong/sturdy fine mesh strainer/steeping basket. Some Rooibos tea seems to sneak out occasionally but I don’t mind5. The tea light keeps the tea at the perfect drinking temperature!6. Easy to clean in that there are no crevices and the 2 silicone pieces come right out/inIf there was a negative it’s that the glass cups don’t keep the tea warm very long...but that’s why there’s a warming tea light to keep the batch hot—you just pour yourself another glass!! And of course the set is glass, so not something I would use with young kids. But with my Ninja DUO coffee pot that dispenses hot water for me, along with this tea pot, I am drinking myself into a tea stupor!! Good thing it’s nonalcoholic 😂

Took 1 star off because (hot) infuser difficult to remove - no way to grip it & pull it out.

I'm keeping this one and buying another. This teapot is the perfect size. It fit's nicely on my desk while working and is attractive enough for any table. It stands just 9 inches tall with warming stand. The bottom of the stand doesn't get hot when using tealights to keep your pot warm. The fine holes of the infuser keep even your smallest tea leaves and particles out of the pot. A silicone ring keeps the lid snuggly in place so that it doesn't fall off while pouring your tea and is removable for cleaning. This teapot came beautifully packaged with plenty of insulation to prevent breakage. This would make a wonderful gift for any tea lover!

Well made but smaller than expected. Planned on making tea in it for 4 people. It only accommodated 2.

I keep this on my desk here in Minnesota. Not only does it keep me in hot tea (the EXACTLY right temp) all day long, but the flame from my little beeswax tea light candle is cheerful and warm. I love, love, love this teapot. Love. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I got this for Christmas and am just now using it because I kept forgetting to purchase tea light candles for it. Only used it one time and it has already broken. When I went to take the lid off, the little knob/handle broke right off.
