Easiest upgrade ever! Save $$$
If you're having battery issues from your original battery, look no further. It basically brings your almost a decade old MBP back to life. Expect it to work as it once did. Extremely easy to install. As a matter of fact, if you're going to upgrade RAM and/or HD (preferably to SSD, which I now have two in there, search how to replace the obsolete DVD drive with an SSD, totally worth it) then you might as well pop one of these in there. No regrets on this purchase, no need to pay ridiculous money to have the Apple store do it when you can very easily do this yourself.

Battery doesn't last very long
I bought this battery a month ago based on all 5 star reviews... Now that I have a month of use on it; I'm finding the battery only lasts about 1.5 hours for general internet browsing use (it was barely 2 hours when I first got it). It's better than a dead battery, but I don't have high hope for it to last long. For the price, future buyers can decide whether this is worth it or not.

Its good
The part where the screw goes was broken when it came as seen in the picture but the battery still works. I love the pentalobe it came with, it looks like a really good quality.

The battery was exactly what I expected and easy to install.
Nothing much can be said about batteries. They either work, or they don't. Too soon to tell about longevity, but it runs many hours on its charge.

Great alternative to Apple OEM battery replacement
Bought to replace the original battery that had swollen. Change out took about 10 minutes. So far working perfectly.
