Some good stuff in this book. Some I'll use, some I'll probably never have to. Can't wait to read the other books.

This book covers everything, from building igloos, fishing, or what to do if an alien abducts you. Or if you happen to find yourself in a random jousting tournament. The last fourth of the book is more funny while 3/4 is practical. I hope that my brain has soaked it up in case of an emergency. I didn't speed read and actually took my time..because you just never know what could happen! There is really a huge amount of information and I believe I will keep this book handy and downloaded for future reference!

The part about jobs and office spaces was hysterical, but most of the other stuff was so far fetched. Zombies? Aliens? Ghosts? How to build an igloo to avoid freezing? There are so many things most of us would never put out ourselves in a position for. Even if you watched some reality shows like "Naked & Afraid" Some so, such as bank robberies, kidnappings, etc. There were times when it was interesting, some funny, some really funny, some outrageous, & some just plain stupid or ridiculous. All in all, it was somewhat entertaining for when I had a few minutes here & there like standing in at the grocery or Post Office.

I bought this for my kids 6th birthday after he found a copy at an air bnb. I didn’t read the whole thing in advance and there are some adult pages in it. My kid loves reading about how to escape an octopus or now to find inner peace. I used a black marker to cover pages like How to Fake an Orgasm and How to Have Sex in Small Spaces. I’m not overly prudent but I was not ready for my little kids to ask me what the lady is doing in the picture. The info about survival and animals is useful but I don’t know why sex advice would be included in a book about worst case scenarios.

Even though i don't like to write reviews and almost never do this, only for very special products that blew my mind with their awesomeness)). This book is a real discovery! It's funny and very helpful in the same time. First day it arrived me and my boyfriend decided to read together before going to sleep. We were just cracking up while reading! What a book!!!! It has all kind of survival scenarios from jellyfish sting to a random how to give a dog cpr (you never know) and etc... Im buying 3 more for the coming holidays. It's a great present!

Really deserves a five but, because many people don t believe a five could be possible i give it a four.It is do interesting. It has to be your style and have a want to learn brain...i mean if you fon t have humor too forget it.One scenario is how to survive sn alligator attack.

Recipient is happy with it; says it is exactly what it is supposed to be. As Abe Lincoln said, "For those who like this sort of book, this is the sort of book they like."

I love this book. I purchased one for me over the summer and found it to be so amusing, that I purchased another for my father. I believe it is to be more for entertaining than for actual emergencies. The pictures that accompany the instructions are my favorite.

OK already, I've got a library of survival/bushcraft books, but if I find just ONE piece of advice that I hadn't been aware of before then it's worth the money. A good read (and some pretty scary stories), you can dip into it anywhere and yes, there was a couple of points that may come in handy when you're possibly about to die! Ideal to avoid getting a Darwin Award.

Amusing and informative in equal measure. I recommend this ebook for stimulating the mind when certain situations are possible before each and every one of us.

I bought this book for my daughter because she is into survival guides and has a little version which she really likes. I was not prepared, however, to find pages on "how to have sex in small spaces", "how to fake an orgasm," "how to detect a real orgasm," "how to survive a sex scandal," and, among other inappropriate information, "how to pretend you care...." This book should be rated "R" and, if you are a parent, don't buy this book for your kids.
