They do not work
I bought two pairs for my wife and myself, after persevering for three months our aches actually got worse. I think we get our hopes up and expect to enjoy some type of Japanese massage therapy but unfortunately its more like this "What would you say to someone if they put some small pebbles in your shoes an and asked you to walk a mile!!!

Comfortable to wear, no use for weight loss.
Comfortable to wear. I where them in my work shoes.Can't say I've seen any changes in my weight because of these or changes where there is pain, especially in my knee.
