These are great compact lights for limited vertical space applications.I've been making some modifications to an enclosed hutch/bookcase that's structurally divided into top and bottom halves. The top half is lighted with typical 25W mini floodlights, the bottom half isn't. I wanted to add some dimmable "warm white" lighting to the bottom half, and these puck lights are perfect for that job, particularly because the top-half lighting is fully recessed in the top of the cabinet, and there's a lot less vertical space for a light in the bottom half ... I needed a "low-profile" light for that location.I only needed two lights, but this set came with three, all of which are controlled simultaneously. They're powered from a little junction box with three output jacks on one side, one input jack on the other. The dimmer/on-off switch plugs into that on one side, and the AC adapter on the other. So the wiring sequence is: AC adapter to dimmer/on-off switch; switch to junction in; junction outs to lights ... all "plug and play," very easy to understand/install. The dimmer doesn't go to 0% (I think that would be a better design), but there's an on/off button right next to the dimmer, and the range of lighting is OK for my app. The on-off switch is a push-button ... I mounted both the junction box and dimmer switch in an easy-to-reach spot on the rear of my cabinet. The on/off/dimmer switch comes with a piece of two-sided foam tape on it that's pretty strong (so far). The junction doesn't come with the two-sided foam, so you either have to use two of the little screws supplied with the lights to attach it to your mounting surface, or, if the material you're screwing into is too thin for that (mine is), you'll need your own piece of two-sided foam to mount it. The kit also comes with a supply of self-adhesive wire clips (a total of 9, I think), to help keep the wires running to the lights neat/out of the way.Last note: the light from these forms a fairly tight "cone," rather than a "flood" effect. I'm craving a bit more of a "flood" dispersion in my app, so I'm probably going to cover the lens with some kind of diffuser. That's just me/my preference, however, no diss on the lights, which I think were a perfect choice for my app in all other respects. Five stars.

Pro's - Decent Quality and Ease of InstallCon's - Not diffused enough. If you are installing inside a cabinet, probably fine. If you are installing 3' above a bathroom sink, it looks like a spot instead of a flood. Light is very directional, and not what I would have thought it would be with the lens design it has. Light output not as warm as you would think either.If you are illuminating anything beyond 2' and want a broad (flood) illuminating effect, spend a bit more and get the WAC Lighting HR-LED90-30-DB kit. A bit more $$, and higher quality. Most importantly, great diffusion of the light at distance. Great for my bathroom vanity setup.

They are exactly what they seem. I will admit, I use them as inset lights on my garage doors, shining down the center of each door for a nice lighting effect. They clearly say they are not for outdoor use but since they are under the overhang in a drilled recessed, I'm hoping they will be ok. It's been several months and several rains and all seems to be well. West Coast, so no snow to worry about. Had to add a low-voltage 12' extension I bought on Amazon to reach the timer-socket and then extend to the two garage doors, but very happy with the results.

These arrived quickly and are exactly as advertised. They install easily and all the hardware is provided. The light is bright, and adjustable (in line dimmer). My only complaint is with the switch/dimmer. I have several different light sources on a master switch, and these do not turn on with the master switch. I have to turn on the master switch and then turn on the switch for these lights. Also, the switch does not remember the last dimmer mode. They always come on full brightness. I realize this is a function of removing power from the in-line switch when I turn off the master switch. I just did not expect this when I purchased. Still, very good product and I would buy again.

I added these to a china cabinet and love them. Tried a few different kinds of puck lights but these were our favorite. The dimmer is really important and we love that these lights don't have to be connected in a linear manner. We wanted two up top and the third on a lower shelf. A lot of other brands don't allow this configuration because you have to connect each light to each other. These you just connect directly to one main piece. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only come in a 3 pack. We ultimately wanted 4 lights, so the only option was to buy two packs of 3, and now we have two extra puck lights not being used, and spent a lot of extra money for just one more light. Wish they were sold with more options than just a 3 pack.

This is an attractive led puck light that can be installed either surface mount with the included can, surface mount without the can or recessed. The light is medium bright which is perfect for lighting a bookcase. It does not put out massive lumens but you wouldn't want it to. It's mood lighting. The dimmer works well, however I wish the dimmer/switch was a little more compact. The oil rubbed bronze finish on the bezels is well done and the perfect color. These are very nice lights, especially for the price. Recommended.

The GetInLight IN-0113-3-WH LED pucks have individual lenses over each LED that focus the light into a tightly controlled spot. From the standard 18" upper cabinet height to the counter surface below, the pool of light is a 15" circle. The center brightness measured 100 fc falling off to around 35 fc at the edges. (used my Amazon purchased light meter, not a lab instrument) These would be a good choice to highlight an art piece, but not for under cabinet kitchen illumination.

Quality item. the wires, plugs, controller - all excellent quality. Easy to surface mount install. Dim from almost nothing to pretty bright. We used them in a wine cabinet we made from a converted armoire. It turned out great. All very attractive and the lighting made a huge impact in the wow factor.

Lights are fine, warm white, dimmer works well ,BUT, I installed them in Office Cabinets and connected to wall switch only to discover (too late) that they don't remember their settings when power disconnected.....so turning on wall switch doesn't turn on lights, you have to also re x-push the puck light power button.....lights are fine if your installation doesn't require that.

versatile and functional product. These lights can be adapted to numerous situations.I recommend them highly.
