I bake a lot of bread and I have old yucky cookie sheets that are stained from years of usage. I thought these might help.I've baked bread, cookies, potato wedges and I LOVE these mats. Nothing sticks to them!I've used them with cooking spray to make things crispy and I've used them dry. My hamburger buns come out perfect with the bottoms as nicely browned as the tops.After use, I wipe them with the dishcloth (or sponge) and some hot, soapy water, dry them off and put them back on the cookie sheet for storage. No mess, no greasy, sticky residues. I wish that I had bought them years ago. They're definitely a time-saver and I enjoy being free of greasing cooking sheets and scrubbing the mess afterwards.

I purchased this as a gift because I a silicone mat. They work great, two is good one for foods and one for desserts. I'm not a fan of the stains, tough to get clean but saves buying rolls of parchment and spraying pans.

Loves these Silicone Baking Mats! They not only help make clean-up easy they seem to improve the baking process. I love them! Everything I have baked has come out better than before - from cookies and biscuits to fishsticks! Enjoy :)

These work great for making cookies! No more sticking to the nonstick pans and cooks great.

Grease does not clean off from them very well, and are hard to store because they are so sticky
