Really useful for migraines but it does warm up really quickly, so I have two which I alternate between

I always use these for my headaches and migraines. I don't know where I'd be without them! Good quality and remains cool for up to 30 minutes when kept on your forehead. I have 2 so I can alternate every 30 minutes, put the other in the freezer, etc.

I purchased this as a spare to go with the migraine wrap from the same company. I can now keep one in the freezer whilst using the other. The pack has folds in it so it bends around the forehead nicely, can't fault it.

Gel wasnt fully in all sections but still works just not as good

If I had wanted a bag of water that freezes to a solid block that wont bend - Id have used a shopping bag - this is useless beyond words
