Not white
My reason for 4 stars is because it did not arrive white. It’s an off white- silver color. I didn’t have time to send it back before my event so I just went with it but I really wanted it to come in like pictures- that bright stark white. Overall it functioned the way I wanted and was great for my event and hopefully future ones. If you want actual bright white stay away. If that doesn’t matter to you then I do recommend this pop up tent. The rolling storage bag is a nice addition.

Defective Weak Metal- Poor customer service- DO NOT PURCHASE- Waste of money!
Purchased this item in April to use for graduation party the end of May. The morning of the party, I took out of the box, put the tent up and noticed that the metal was bent in two places. I had no choice but to use as the party was later that day and it was forecasted to rain. Once the rain started, I noticed the water pooling almost immediately on the cover causing the bent metal to bend even further and tent to collapse. At that point I had to make the best use I could of the tent. I put the tent back up but had to pull the canopy taught by cutting holes in it and tying the cover to the poles. Although the tent looked terrible, it stayed up the rest of the day, however it is now unusable and destroyed. It is trash. I messaged customer service and after I explained and offered to send pics of the damage, they said they could not do anything about this as I was out of time. I explained to them it was my first time using this and they would not make right on this item. If you need a tent, I would look elsewhere. This one is a waste of money and the customer service is terrible.

Great, high quality canopy added shade and beauty to our lives.
This is one of the biggest canopies we have ever had. It is a full 12'x12' and fits two picnic tables, a cooler and chairs under it. Everyone loves sitting in the shade on a hot summer day by the pool. It is very sturdy and relatively easy to set up. We used two anchors in each leg of the canopy, so we used 8 anchors in all. It is great that this tent lifts up to accommodate tall people over 6 ft. in height, and we have some tall people in our family who loved the new canopy for the height and the width. The storage bag has wheels for your convenience. You can not go wrong with this sturdy, well built, good looking canopy. We enjoyed getting out of the sizzling sun and under the shade of this canopy. We highly recommend this fabulous canopy. We take it down if there is going to be a storm and store it in the silos. People will tend to gather under the canopy whenever we have a pool party or any get together here on the farm. Don't forget to take it down if you are going to have high winds or a storm, it is not meant to stand up to severe winds. Like our patio table umbrella, we take that down if there is going to be a storm or high winds, too. This great, big handsome and high quality canopy added shade and beautify to our farm, our property and made our lives so fabulous this summer. We love this big Caravan M-Series 2 Pro 12 X 12 Foot canopy!!

Easy 2 assemble and tear down! Durable!!
I have been doing trade shows for 20 years. I have had EZ UP's, Coleman's... all kinds of pop tents and this is my absolute favorite of all of them! It is the easiest to set up and tear down and you can't beat the price! Extremely easy to use! I can set it up and tear it down all by myself! It is also extremely durable. I am extremely hard on my tents and so are my dogs. I drag them as I am not strong enough to carry it and my 70 lb dogs wrestle and play on it while I am transporting it in the car. The canopy is uv and water resistant. The metal legs are extremely sturdy. The guy with those crazy pictures must have been drunk and hit it with his car. It could not get like that even with extreme extreme regular abuse. Hitting it with a car however, is not regular abuse. The rain for instance, not a problem. I do at least 3 shows a month. It has been in hurricane like storms in South Carolina and Florida. It has been in lake hard rain in Michigan. I have not had any problems with leakage or sturdiness. If inclement weather is coming, all you have to do is stake it down like you would any tent and it will be fine! I have left it unattended a couple of hundred times overnight when it was suppose to rain and it was absolutely fine upon my return in the morning. After all I've put mine through, I can only surmise extreme stupidity is the reason for any negative reviews on this. Because really if it can survive me and my dogs and how often I use it and the weather it has seen all over the country, it should survive any normal occurances with proper intelligent use. This is THE sturdiest and best pop tent I have ever owned by far and I have owned a ton! -sara

Extremely cheap, you get what you pay for...but this is extraordinarily cheap.
The frame on this is not even worrth $140, the canopy is fine though. Barely touch the frame when extending and it bends the wrong way. Spend the $$ on something better than this.

The good and disappointing about this product
It was not to difficult to set up alone.I was disappointed that the cover is only held on by velcro on each of the corners and not anywhere else and did come off several times in moderate wind which made me have to lower the structure and reattach the top.

A few tweaks made this awsome
Used these sunshades outside a window where I need shade in the summer. The legs are pretty thin and after a slight drizzle they almost buckled due to water weight. To be fair they aren't intended for rain. To make it last the summer outside, I made a few changes...Added grommet holes (purchased on Amazon) to the canopy in places where water pooled. This provided a bit of drainage that lowers the chance of water weight bringing the whole thing down. Also purchased some PVC pipe and put the legs inside to raise the height to 10feet, because I wanted it to be above a window. I first removed the feet, fed the legs into the pvc and placed the foot back at the base. Now its above my window.Next, I got 2"x 2"x 8 foot wood posts from home Depot for about 2$ each and strapped them to the legs with Velcro straps made for bundling computer cords. This kept the legs straight and looks tidy. Also used the same velcro straps to attach it to the house on one side so it wont get blown around. Some 12$ outdoor string lights in a V shape inside made it all awesome!
