We were flying this drone for the third time, this time just a few feet off the ground, and it dropped onto some grass in a field. Three propellers stopped, while one kept going. I shut the power switch off on the drone and still it kept going. I had to take out the drone battery for it to stop. Hoping that would help reset it, I plugged it back in and that one propeller started right up.I immediately emailed the customer address given in the owner's manual, explaining the issue and asking for help, and received no response. Two days later, I emailed again, and again no response. I got through the New Year's holiday and emailed again today. I do not expect a response.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I will be returning, it would be great if I didn't get charged a return fee, as I have tried to reach out to the manufacturer, but I doubt it.It was a gift for my daughter from "Santa" and she was excited to get it.

The drone shipped and arrived very quickly. It is so easy to setup up and connect it to your phone. It comes with blade protectors, which is optional, but it definitely helps! The flight is so easy and very easy to control. I never knew it would be this easy to fly!

I don’t like this drone because it has a flaw that makes it impossible to fly it. The product instructions say to charge it fully before use. I tried to charge it as per the documention , but the connectors did not match up so it was impossible to charge the internal drone battery before use. The product does not match the documentation so it is usable. I’ve contacted customer service but have not yet heard back.

Worked for one short flying session (5 mins), then it started malfunctioning: Pairing the controller with the drone took several attempts. Then only 2 props worked. Then got to just one turning... very slowly, even when switched to "off" position. Disconnected battery and recharged. Reattached fully charged battery. Same results as above. Drone is unusable. Reading other reviews, it looks like there's definite quality issues with this model...and customer service is lacking.

I tried getting something that I thought was cool and different for my sons and grandsons last year so purchased a few of these. They don't seem to have been a very big hit. Not sure they were ever used … I still thought they looked cool and well made.

Sometimes it doesn't connect to the controller

There was no user manual with drone. Operation instructions were not much help. Might be difficult for young users.

Was Always looking for a nice cheap light weight drone, here you have it compact and durable!Highly recommend!!
