Regret my purchase. Read and save your money.
I am writing this review in regret, wishing I could go back and not purchase it. The reason I bought this unit was that it was vehicle specific for my open air jeep and would not draw too much attention. Unfortunately, its not a quality product. I'll be specific and share my experience. The unit has a poor Bluetooth chip or DAC, not sure which, or maybe both. Constant pairing challenges that lead to the need to reboot the unit using their IA Utility before Bluetooth will pair. The audio quality via Bluetooth makes it us usable. Highs sound like you're listening through a sheet of plastic with crackling and distortion. FM Radio sounds amazing, but the tuner has sensitivity issues (the technical term) and won't see many stations. Scan through stations and only get a few across the entire dial.I had a support case open with Insane Audio for thr Bluetooth quality issues, because this was the most important part for me. I spoke with an "Audio Engineer" who insisted that I was misguided for wanting to use Bluetooth for music, and that Bluetooth will always sound bad. I tried to explain that modern Bluetooth is high resolution, and that I have high end audio rigs in my two other vehicles which sound fantastic. Could not convince them that Bluetooth in 2020 sound sound amazing. It was like the knowledge was coming from first generation Bluetooth, which is how this sounds.Viewing angle of screen: This util is literally only made for the Jeep TJ, so the hardware should be designed so that the driver can see the screen better. The bezel on top blocks the top of the screen, making GPS unusable. I'm 5'1", not some giant, mind you. Bluetooth, GPS, and Radio, all bad. All unrelated problems. So what's left? The clock and home screen look look really cool.As you read this, you'll likely want to think it's a me problem, thinking I didn't do enough. I put my feeling out to get the experience of other Jeepers and learned that they experienced the same, even on multiple units from RMAs. They offered to let me send my radio in to be inspected, repaired, or replaced, but no advanced RMA offered, so I would have been without any radio for a while. I was also offered to drive out to their HQ to demonstrate. The issue is, if your "Audio Engineer" (support person) is already convinced that Bluetooth can't sound good, why do I want to make a weekend road trip just to have to tell me the same thing in person?Usually when you spend a certain amount of money, you get quality. This is not the case here, sadly.

Excellent product
This is my favorite radio ever. It’s all I wanted for my TJ. The built in sat nav is the highlight for me though. Plus it’s a plug and play which is always nice.
