I have had my Wüsthof knife for many years and enjoyed using it, except it's no longer sharp enough to cut meat. I saw this knife on Amazon. Based on good reviews, I thought I should give it a try. Like everyone said, this knife is well made and is super sharp. It cuts the chicken breast like cutting butter. One way you can tell it's a good knife is that the metal goes all the way to the end of the handle, so that it gives some weight to the knife that helps with cutting. It's not as heavy as my Wüsthof, which also costed much more, but it's fine as is. The knife looks beautiful and came with an attractive box and it stores the knife after each use. I am sure I will buy this knife again in the future.

My wife likes cooking. She complained to me that the kitchen knives she bought before are not sharp. Then at an accident chance, I heard from my colleague that she bought a kitchen knife is very sharp in this store. Then I bought one to my wife. It is not disappointed to her, she said that it is very sharp even can cut fish and beef easily. And she liked the stainless handle design, easy to clean , very comfortable.

I bot this for my husband as a gift, cuz he loves to cook. He loves how sharp it is. He does wish the 90º corner at the bottom of the blade, was more rounded, so there's less pressure against his hand.

beautiful knife. feels great in the hand. nice weight. well made. bought it to cut sushi. it is a little sticky but if you keep the knife wet then it goes right through. still giving it 5 stars. using it now for cutting veggies and does excellent job
