If you can’t open to put in the phone...
I cannot even open this thing/case! Tried a coin but since it’s so thin, don’t want to apply too much pressure in case it breaks. So thin and feels cheaply made from the outside. I want a Lifeproof instead, with my money back from this thing I cannot open.

Overall pleased
Arrived quickly, having the guide/template was very nice.I wish the drying cloth would have been real link-free cloth instead of a paper pledget, but that is a small issue. Overall a very nice kit.

Great case for the price
This is a great case for the price. It is extremely well built and fits the new iPhone Xr perfectly.The only reason I did not give it five stars overall is the fingerprints. The materials used for the front and back protectors is a very shiny, harder type plastic. They grab every print and smudge and then it is very hard to wipe clean. I’m coming from an expensive Catalyst case on my last phone and the Catalyst would get a few prints but was much easier to swipe clean on a pants leg, etc.Overall, very nice case with full protection and will do just fine until others start releasing different colors and cases in December ‘18.
