Over the years, as an IBS sufferer, I have tried many pro biotics but none worked. This one does. Maybe it is the quality of its cultures or the fact it combines pro and pre biotics but my symptoms have disappeared. It is wonderful to be out and not wondering where the nearest loo is! Even better, I no longer feel bloated most of the time. It is expensive but it delivers.

I have an endocrine disorder and am now more aware than ever of the link between gut health, the micro-biome and brain health / hormone balance. As part of a natural approach to reversing my symptoms I've switched to a clean eating, whole foods diet and have cut out processed foods and oils, sugar and caffeine. I soon realised that a top notch prebiotic with probiotic would be a huge asset to my new routine. After trying a few different kinds I found my way to Symbiotic mainly due to the fact that it contains 40 Billion CFU and contained impressive strains. Recently however, I've discovered that for women's health in particular, more than just one type of Lactobacillus is required to provide proper balance so I've decided to switch to another kind of prebiotic that contains all three strains of what women need most. I don't think there's anything wrong with this product and it will probably work well for some, but I just don't think it's right for me. I also suspect it has caused a little more upset in my gut than it has provided any benefit, but then this falls in line with my feeling on it not being the right one for me.

I’ve been taking probiotics for many years but recently heard about the added benefits of a symbiotic (pre and probiotics) so after lots of research I bought these. I have noticed quite a difference. Food that used to give me gastric issues no longer do and my stomach just feels more settled. I recently had severed appendicitis and was on antibiotics for six weeks due to infections after surgery and these have really helped heal my gut. I have tried other symbiotics but will stick with these as I really notice the difference with these

My IBS and Diverticulitis has seen great benefit in the course of a week. I am prescribed a laxative however having what a consultant informed, 'a lazy bowel.' I have intermittent constipation or loose stools.Years of intermittent pain, cramps, bloating have given me nothing but sheer misery. Over the past 7 months I've been prescribed antibiotics and have been feeling ill and drawn. The pain bringing me to my knees.So far, the results have seen me feel and be much better after just a few days. This improvement has been joyous for me as I have been so very ill.I am going to come off the prescribed laxative and see how this product affects . I will update shortly on the findings.

The bottle also contains a packet of silica gel which is to ensure that the product remains dry. This is also positive.

The last antibiotic therapy left me with a pain in my stomach, but I must say that from the first day of use I have noticed an improvement. Almost two weeks later I feel much better and would definitely recommend it.
