I saw a newspaper article on this and thought I’d give it a go. I honestly didn’t think it would work and thought the reviews were ‘hype’ and possibly exaggerated, I am naturally sceptical but thought it was worth a try. I have a very stressful job and having zero tolerance find it difficult not to get stressed, angry and generally down. I started taking the tablets and almost immediately felt different, I can’t believe how I feel, I can put it down to anything else but just feel happier and whilst still get annoyed and still work with a bunch of idiots I can actually see it for what it is for once, it’s just a job! I am sleeping better and just feel happier in my own skin - something I’ve not felt in years. I don’t understand all the medical jargon around the content of these tablets, I just know I feel better therefore these work for me so will continue to take them - why wouldn’t I??

These work .... Have been taking tbem for 5 months .. my weight has dropped a bit ...mood more stable ..and no stomach acid or reflux probloms anymore.

I have never taken probiotics before but I stumbled upon this one after looking for supplements to combat stress, adrenal fatigue and generally struggling to cope with perimenopause symptoms. Three weeks in with this product and my general anxiety is almost all gone, even when it surfaces it is only a fraction of what I see to encounter. I have just reordered my second pack , hopefully the company sells larger packs in the future!

disappointed as I had read all the reviews before I purchased. Took them for a moth but only noticed a slight improvement in energy so wont be buying again.

Didn't agree with me. Very Expensive.

I have tried the other brand in the past for ibs..So thought I would give this a go.As expected I have not been disappointed.
