I still have 1/3 of the jar left but I haven't seen much decrease in my appetite or any other benefits described. I haven't caught a cold maybe that's what this powerful vitamin C is doing.

Great product to add to your smoothies, juice and yogurt. Only one teaspoon a day gives you tons of vitamin C. Love also the package. The glass jar keeps it protected and fresh. One thing I have read is that you should avoid heating it. Better to eat it raw. I highly recommend it.

This stuff is a powerhouse for immunity and overall health. I began using this specific product on the advice of my nutritionist, and she led me to the gold mine. I mix a full spoonfull of the powder into a glass of cold water morning and afternoon. It has a pleasant sour-citrus taste and mixes very well with clear juices like apple, grape, or cranberry. I have used larger doses to ward off oncoming colds/flus and I feel that it contributes to my overall immunity, skin tone, and energy level. Other brands do not compare, and many give me indigestion or a bad aftertaste.This powder had no fillers or anti-clumping agents to dilute the potency, so be sure not to put a damp spoon in, or it will clump up. You can run it through a sieve if that happens, but it's a bit of a pain.
