The sauce is tasty with a mild spicy hotness. When compared to the more Standard YELLOW Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce also produced by GRACE there are a few differences (in addition to the obvious color difference). The green version seems noticeably less HOT than it's yellow cousin. The green version is also thinner -- more liquid than the yellow: instead of thick dollops of yellow sauce the green pours in very liquid drops -- almost like water. For folks who enjoy the tasty flavor more than the HOT spicy heat -- this is a good option. It is easier to measure & control how much of a very liquid sauce you are adding to a food than a very thick sauce.

It’s very much over priced but I don’t live anywhere that has a large Caribbean population so I have to pay what I must. The flavor is good and tastes just like if you cooked with the actual pepper. You have to add it at the very end or the flavor cooks out unfortunately but it’s very tasty!

I had originally bought this brand of Scotch Bonet hot sauce at a specialty market while visiting another state. I immediately liked the mild flavor with a good tanginess without adding a lot of vinegar flavor like some hot sauces. A good moderate spice level. Nothing overpowering, but perfect for adding spicy to nearly any savory dish. Once I ran out, I was pleased to find a two-pack on Amazon.

Love this stuff. Tried it first at a Jamaican restaurant and had to buy more. Fragrant and delicious.
