The decals are die-cut so there is no background included. The package also comes with Installation Instructions and the transfer film is already applied to the vinyl decal. Not worth the money. Didn’t stick
Waste of money. Never could get them off on the wall. Daughter completely disappointed. Will never purchase from them again. Followed directions and still didn’t work.

Easy to apply, just as described, looks beautiful on the wall, even the size is perfect. My twelve year old loves it!
