FS Fahm M18 Compact Heat Gun 2688-20 New

I love the portability of this heat gun. The o my problem is it consumes so much power it doesn’t last long. It is great for heat shrink on wires but if you are working with larger plastic pieces you will need more than one battery. It is definitely worth having for small jobs.

Heats up fast and does the job for putting on & removing labels/ decals etc

I finally found a useless Milwaukee M18 tool. Product returned as defective...barely gets hot, no fan speed, basically useless.

I bought it for my mobile routes with my body shop. It works but not adjustable temps and takes too long to heat up and not hot enough, I can hold my hand under it 6” away for a very long time. For crafts I’m sure this would be perfect though.

Does it work? Yes. However, it takes much longer than a wired heat gun. I purchased to use on heat shrink for rewiring a car and it was handy, put takes longer to produce the amount of heat needed for quality heat shrink. I had to use both a wiring heat gun and this one, but only used this one in tight spots. Overall, okay device for my purposes.

I used this heat gun a handful of times. The heating element burnt out and no longer works. It's now an expensive cooling fan. Junk!
