Great Pan
Good quality and just as described. I was looking for a simple pan to use for my gluten free baking and this worked perfectly. I like that there aren't a lot of chemicals used and no aluminum.

Très bon produit et très pratique !
Afin d'éviter que la pâte ne colle, je place du papier parchemin. Aussi, je fais chauffer le "moule" et un plat rectangulaire au four le temps que ce dernier atteigne la température de cuisson. Le plat rectangulaire recevra l'eau bouillante qui permet d'obtenir une belle croûte croustillante !
