ChefWave 12.6 Quart Air Fryer, Rotisserie and Dehydrator – Large Capacity 1600W Oil Free Cooker with 16 Presets and Cooking Modes - 8 Accessories - Recipes Included

This seems to be a knockoff of the GoWise AirFryer that is the same price and comes with more accessories. It's also the same thing as the Todd English Air Fryer so wonder why they are the same with different names.Also, its similar to the Power AirFryer Oven with some accessories being interchangeable.The back is hotter than the front causing unequal cooking temperatures. See pictures.The back of the Blooming onion is burnt while the front is under cooked. Same with the Biscuits.My rotisserie started to no longer rotate completely and would stop about 3/4 of the way then rotate the other direction to only repeat itself.There is no customer service contact information other than what is in the book and the email is [email protected]. I've emailed them on Nov 8 (It's Nov 16) and have not heard back from them.I'm still testing it out and will adjust my review later.Edited In on 11/25.I was contact by someone from ChefWave on Nov 19 and they said that my AirFryer may be defective so they sent a replacement. Bumping this up to 4 stars due to the customer service. I haven't had a chance to try the new one yet and may change my review depending on how it works.

Without directions I just decided to experiment. The rotisserie is awkward to insert, though easy to remove with the grabbing tool. Don’t count on getting a chicken on the rotisserie unless it’s small. I used the rotisserie cage for kale chips which came out pretty decent. Was able to roast a 2 lb bag of Brussel sprouts tossed with a small bit of oil and used Michael Symons dressing recipe. Those came out great. The selection settings I’ve had run twice each time I’ve cooked, but I guess better to do that than burn the food to a crisp.What I’m disappointed in is the lettering on the face, unless I look at it from an angle I don’t have a clue what the settings read.So far, even at 12+ qt it doesn’t seem big enough.

2 months after the "product support period" ended my unit completely died. It stopped in the middle of a 20min cook at 350 degrees and will no longer power on.product seemed cheaply made from the moment i received it- for example the top appeared to melt on one corner and the "Chef Wave" text and logo on the front of the machine quickly smeared away. the sealant on the tray insert (to catch grease) lifted up within the first week of use and came off nearly completely after the first wash.recommend buy a more reliable brand or stick with classic convection, this was a major waste

We LOVE this air fryer!!!!! This is the first time we ever air fried and the food is AMAZING!!! The preset buttons take the worry out of having the right temperature. Everything is cooked to perfection every time. Baked potatoes have that wonderful crispy skin like baking in the oven but in less time. We’ve used our air fryer everyday since we got it over a week ago ;). Huge capacity unlike the bucket design!!! So happy we picked this Chefwave Air Fryer for our first one....now we need a second one to do multiple items LOL !!!!!!! Thank you Chefwave for the quality product!!!!!!

I was suppose to get a cookbook with my order which I didnt. Other than that it's great so far..

This thing comes with a lot of useful extras and the product's design puts a whole lot of power and capacity in the smallest possible package.We ordered it for our restaurant and that's were we use it, but we're considering getting another one for our home.

Bought this for the rotisserie function. All my family is pleased. I've also tried mixrd veggies, asparagus, french fries. Everything works out as expected.

This product is not powerful I.e. the upper coil is very week, fries takes ages to be done , very slow, not practical, you don’t feel the inside heat ... I will definitely return it and will never buy it again.The vendor should re-evaluate the performance of this product.
