Update:The seller sent me a replacement after seeing that I had a bad experience with the charger(so 5 stars for the seller). After trying the replacement I had a much better experience. So it seems the original unit was defective. Here is my updated review.Pros:- consistent connection (with one caveat listed in cons)- charging speed on par with name brand(samsung) wireless chargers- low profile- looks pretty sleekCons:- Pixel 3 XL says "charging slowly" when charging with this charger (it also says this for the best samsung wireless chargers)- Not a fan of the big logo on the surface- doesn't have indicator lights to show when the devices are fully charged(not a feature I knew I wanted until I bought a charger that had it)- Occassionaly cycles on-off-on-off-on. I haven't been able to nail down what causes this. It might be device specific(I've only observed this with galaxy buds) or it might be how it reacts to a fully charged device(I haven't had a chance to try charging my galaxy buds on this when they are low on power). If this does only happen with fully charged device I would bring this up to 3 stars.Original Review:I got this so I could charge my pixel 3 xl and my galaxy buds on my nightstand at the same time. When I placed my phone on the charger nothing happened, it took a few tries to get it to register and when it did it said "charging slowly". And I can confirm that it took most of the night for the phone to reach 100% from 15%.

I read the previous reviews and decided to try my luck... don’t waste your time!1- First thing I noticed was the charge cable didn’t securely lock inside the slot on the charger. It pulled out with the slightest movement of the unit or the cable.2- It cycled when I put my phone on it and the phone constantly dinged forever when charging starting and stopping the charge. I took my wireless capable case off and all was well but it says it is case friendly.3- The phone had to be in the perfect position on one of the pads to charge so this isn’t a deal breaker for most.4- I gave it a whole night to charge my phone and when I looked the next morning and was not fully charged I requested a return.** I purchased a Yootech single charger as a replacement and tonight it arrived in perfect working order... with my charge friendly case to boot. Not one single cycling ding and it even charged the wife’s phone who has a case that holds her license and two credit cards without any cycling. Yes, it charged through the license, 2 credit cards and the case itself! Highly recommend the Yootech over this POS!

I waited a while for AirPower. With its cancellation, this makes a pretty good alternative. It easily fits and charges my iPhone and AirPods, and has a USB jack that I can use to plug in my Apple watch charger. All 3 from a single plug. Cuts down in the clutter on my bedside table. I haven't tried to evaluate charging speed. For my application, it's moot, since everything is just going to sit there while I sleep. But I like the distance apart the "hot spots" are. The only way this could have been made any better would be to have Apple watch compatibility, but having an outlet to plug the watch charger into is just as good.

I like this charger. It works very well with my samsung note 9, charges fast, charges through the case (same case as is on my wife's iphone 8) and looks good doing it. The charger is a somewhat substantial feeling black oblong plate with two little circles to indicate the charging point. It also has a standard and micro usb port, along with a USB-c port. The only problem I am.having is the charger will not charge my wife's iPhone 8 through the case (same case as mine, whichbworks fine). No case works fine, case, no work. But it is a good charger, iPhone problem, not charger problem, I think.

This works perfect for my wife and I as we are able to charge both of our phones at the same time. It's powerful and does a great job.Service is great also. I ordered this in January and could not get it to work. With our busy schedule I just forgot about it and it was laying on the bookcase in the den. Last week I received an email asking how everything was with the unit so I emailed back that it did not work and without hesitation was told they were sending me a new one and if I continued to have problems let them know. I received the new unit the next day (Prime) and it works fantastic.Thank you and I will definitely recommend you and this product

I've only had the charger for about a week, but it is very easy to use and has thus far been reliable. I have 2 phones ( a work phone and a personal phone) and this makes it convenient to charge both phones at once in my office. One thing I didn't like though is that the output USB will only work if you have the USB-C power cord plugged in. The unit only comes with a short USB-C cord that is not long enough to reach most outlets if you place the charger on the desk or even nightstand (at least in my office/bedroom). I had a 10ft micro USB cord, but this didn't allow me to use the output USB port on the IBIS charger for charging my bluetooth earbuds. So, I had to purchase a 10ft. USB-C cord in order to get that functionality. No biggie, but if you anticipate that your outlet will be further than 3 feet away from where you want to place the IBIS charger, then I would suggest you go ahead and order the longer USB-C cord at the same time as you buy this charger. It still works with the micro USB cord, but you will have no USB output functionality from the charger to power other devices. Hopefully that makes sense. I love the product though and would buy it again if I had a need for it somewhere else.

Update form the replacement: the new product or replacement has the same issue of becoming disengaged. Power on pad, place phone, starts charging, come back, and nothing, no charge, no power. A quick wiggle on the jack and power. Return window is/was 30 days. so to the trash this goes!Fist review: The back jack for main power is too loose and often becomes disengaged for power. Every few minutes, the pad engages and disengages phone charging at various position.
