I recently moved into my new luxury pad and it came complete with a log burner stove.Unfortunately it was a little neglected and needed a bit of a clean up.I ordered the graphite stove polish and waited eagerly for its arrival.When it arrived I could almost not hide my excitement and went to work cleaning off the rust and applying it to the stove.It now looks brand new!One word of advice, wear gloves as you will end up with dirty hands!Now that gas prices have gone through the roof in the uk it’s great to know that I have a backup heating plan for the dark cold winter nights. Obviously it does not help with the whole petrol situation in the uk but at least we won’t freeze!

I bought this product as I had half completed a fire place...with a product bought in the 80s called Zebo.The first thing to notice was the smell was completely different.Secondly the colour did not match. This product seems blacker, where as the previous product seems to have a grey sheen to it (although it's black).The product worked perfectly, I just had to be careful as it was not a colour/sheen match with Zebo.It seems just as good, perhaps easier to apply (mind you the other one was very very old)

On the stove doesn’t set come off on hands

Covers marks well and buffs to a good finish

The great polish works really well and left my wood burner looking like a new however, the paste is very liquid and easy to make a mess! care is required when using it
