Works with Hubitat
This thing works great with the Hubitat Elevation hub. Plz to follow pairing instructions with both the hub and bulb and it will pair up in a jiffy. I linked it to Alexa using the Hubitat Alexa app. Don't know about reliability yet, but for now, all good. - jwrit Boulder Co

It works...barely.
I bought the bulb because it is a Z-Wave bulb. It takes up less room than a separate Z-Wave device for a bulb to plug into. I thought I got a real good deal when I saw I could get two different color temps and a range of visual colors. Not so much...neither of the two features work, but hey, I got a bulb that fit into my range hood and shines light!

Fantastic while it lasted
This is an excellent Z-Wave bulb. It works well with Aeotec's Z-Wave controller stick and Home Assistant. You can adjust color temperature via the node settings, and the brightness range is very wide. Nice smooth dimming action too. I know for a fact it works well as a repeater because I have several battery-powered nodes that rely on it to bridge the distance to my controller. With all that said, it saddens me to write that the bulb has died 5 days after my window to return it has closed...I have attempted the reset procedure but it is totally non-responsive. (I know the reset procedure used to work, because I actually used it before during initial testing. It includes/excludes easily too.) Checked my OpenZWave logs to find it simply quit responding while I was sleeping last night after working perfectly for weeks. I'm surprised it died as it felt only warm to the touch while on - much cooler than some other LED bulbs I've used.Besides the short life of this thing, I'd give it 5/5.EDIT: It's been a few days, and after contacting Aeotec they said the 1-year warranty can be used by contacting Amazon for a replacement. It all worked out, and I was able to send the dead bulb back, and receive a new bulb with a credit. The bulb is very easy to add to your network; just hit "Add Node Secure" in Home Assistant, then turn the bulb on. It flashes to confirm inclusion. New bulb is working well - let's hope this one lasts!

It works, but it's not very smart
I'm not sure why Aeotec decided to design a bulb that works so wonky, but here we are. First things first: As a regular bulb, this thing works well. It's fairly responsive and can get pretty bright. However, when trying to integrate this into my Home-Assistant setup, it fell completely flat on its face. The main issue being the way the color temperature is controlled. Instead of just providing a single value for the desired kelvin, they split it between "warm white" and "cool white" settings, where you can set color temperatures for each setting within the allowed ranges (2700-4999 and 5000-6500, respectively). I guess then you're supposed to choose which one you use at any given moment. Home Assistant wasn't designed to handle this kind of bulb setup, so none of its native temperature controls can handle it. Better yet, there doesn't even appear to be a way to switch between the two at all! I've looked in a "Zwave To MQTT" control panel, as well as the Z-Wave integration settings of Home-Assistant, yet neither one displayed any kind of temperature change toggle. Their documentation shows it's supposed to have a "Switch Color Set Command Class", but for the life of me I just can't find it.I really wanted to like this bulb, since it automatically fades the brightness in and out (when using Z-Wave), as well as remembering the last used brightness/temp when powered on/off by the hardwire switch. You can also set the brightness and temp while it's off, so that it uses them when turned back on. But the shortcomings overpower these few pros, so back to Amazon this will go.

They work
They work MOST of the time. Our house is messy, somAlexa occasionally looses things for a period.
