I've been using this:1. Reetha -> It does generate lather albeit very little.2. Shikakai -> Very disappointing. No lather at all. Anybody who uses really gets a doubt what kind of shikakai is this!!3. Amla -> Impurities seemed to be mixed. Take a little in water and check

Good quality products. I use them to make herbal hairwash. 5 stars from me. Will reorder soon.

The item was delivered on time and was packed well. Amla and Reetha powders seem to be all right, but the shikakai powder had a spoilt, musty smell. As it is for external use, I mixed equal quantities of all the three powders and used it anyway on my hair. Later in the day, my scalp began to feel itchy. So I have stopped using this.I am a first time user, and my second problem with this item was that there were no instructions on the packet regarding how to use the powders. It was only after reading the Q & A section for this product on Amazon that I came to know the powders should be boiled in water and used.All in all, I am very happy with Amazon's service and the products sold there, but this is one of my rare bad buys on Amazon.
