This purchase was a gift to help a friend with type two diabetes. Her biggest complaint was the lack of good flavor. It didn't taste very good at all for her. Will not purchase again.

There are many good types of tea. This so far is to me, one of the best. I felt light, fresh in my thoughts and so alert. It is a healthy drink every morning.
