The book is exactly what I was looking for. Something (water I think) had been spilled on it and the pages were stuck together but I was able to separate them with little damage. I knew it was used and if it hadn't been exactly what I was looking for I might have been ticked but despite that - I am very happy with it.

A one of a kind book!
Some of my friends are afraid of yoga classes, and this is a really nice book for showing them that yoga isnt' just for lithe, flexible young people. I've given it as a gift, and they love that they can just pick one or two and gently try it. I've got a lot of yoga books, but haven't seen anything else quite like it.

for the limber impaired....
very useable stretches and poses which I can also utilize at work. I like the premise that it is for wimps. The people are normal... just regular people.

Yoga for Wimps
This book is very good for those just "thinking about trying" yoga , on the fence and flirting with the idea. It's a great book as well for people that have a problem back . Great for anyone of any age as an introductory . It works for me !

Very Helpful
I have been flexible all my life. Then suddenly, I wasn't. This book gives detailed explanations on how to keep up a program that I have practiced for many years and allows me to be as flexible as I can be. I'm really glad I found it.

Written For Me!
Yoga for Wimps was written for me ... a middle-aged man who works a lot and does not have much extra time for fitness. I highly recommend this guide to anyone who is wanting to start feeling better and is interested in Yoga.

Yoga for Every Age
This book has great illustrations and is a great book for beginners or someone that has flexibility problems. Very easy to understand and use. Everyone should have this book on hand. The book is for both genders and men would definitely benefit from doing some of the poses shown in the book. Love the book.

Good book
I loved this book - firstly it's funny, charming. And secondly it does have really easy excercises for getting stiff joints back into shape after a long lapse in yoga practice, which is what happens to me quite frequently. It's also good for anyone with injuries or illness - the exercises use support (like chairs, belt etc) and ease you into the stretch very comfortably. It's a good way to experience the benefits of yoga without expecting you to hook your leg over your shoulder, or even touch your toes. I found that having used the book for a couple of weeks, I soon felt ready to move onto more challenging excercises at a yoga class, but I still come back to it when I feel like doing more supported, relaxing stretches. These are all very sound, safe excercises that give you a good stretch.
