StomaDome Replacement Velcro Crescents

Q: Does hollister make these stomadome things + extra velcro bags? is it something i can add to my month supplies order via byram healthcare?

Hi, StomaDome is it's own brand and made by StomaLite. Byram does not sell StomaDome's or the replacements. It might be best to ask Byram or any other supplier to start carrying the product so you and other people can order all your supplies from one place. Otherwise you have to order the StomaDome direct from StomaDome.

Q: How often do the replacement crescents need to be replaced and why?

I replace mine when I change my bag (when I know I'm going to need to use the stoma dome for extra protection) because, even though you can take the dome on and off the crescent strip as many times as you want with the velcro, once the crescents are adhered to the bag, they can't be un-adhered without damaging the bag. The adhesive is very strong.
