I just got this bed today. I was so excited when I placed the order for my dogs bed. The item was sent to a wrong distribution center, which caused a delay. No big deal, right? Well, the outer box was really crushed, been opened and was LOOSELY re-taped. I just pulled up on the end of box to open it. There was no plastic bag sealing the bed in what so ever! They took the out of package bed and threw in a box. I am SHOCKED to say the least. There is such a horrible smell on this thing and I have is sitting outside. No telling if it was used or where it came from or what it went through. I'm so disappointed and will be sending it back!! Horrible!!!!!

This is the second bed like this (XL - 50”) I have purchased for my small Great Dane (90 lbs). The zipper on the first bed broke and I had to get rid of it. The fluffy fabric on the previous bed also kept jamming the zipper during removal and replacement for washing. I appreciate that the cover CAN be removed. It’s just more difficult than it should be due to the fabric and zipper itself. HOWEVER, my dog was so excited when she saw it that she ran directly to it and curled right up. I guess I will have to always have one of these beds!

These beds are a favourite at my house among my very picky dogs. They are not that easy to clean and do retain odour so I do recommend adding a protective layer under the outside casing prior to use. They hold up well to heavy use.

Worth every penny!!!

They are terrific beds and my dogs love them. Can be tricky to put back together when cover is washed but couldn’t be happier

I love this bed! It's soft and stylish. It goes in the bathroom, where my 6 lb chihuahua sleeps when I am not at home. But these days I was finding him sleeping in the bathroom or chewing his bones in there. He never wants to leave his bed! Luckily (lol) he got a second one for Valentine's day that is in the living room, so now he comes out of the bathroom sometimes.
