I have only tried the blue raspberry flavor and I love it! It’s sweet without being overly sweet. It does not leave any artificial sweetener after taste. I generally use it when I’m going to sweat for greater than a 30 minute workout. I just finished a 2.5 mile jog, so I’m drinking 12oz of biosteel before I roll into my 30 min HIIT workout. Have you ever watched a plant closely as you water it? And see how after a few seconds of fresh water all the stems and leaves stand a little taller? That’s how I feel after I’ve finished my biosteel. Definitely recommend when you’re going to be sweating a lot!

I love this product. I wanted something that gave me a boost during hockey games without the crash caffeine gives you. Biosteel fits that perfectly and it tastes great!I usually take one scoop with about 10 oz of water an hour before game time and I notice a slight energy boost that lasts the entire game.

I have a low sensitivity to the stims in pre-workout. I've tried various water to scoop ratios and several different brands, I feel like crap by mid workout and begin to crash. BioSteel is amazing, this is everything I've been looking for to weight train and fuel me through workouts. I'm so happy I found this.

I think the flavor is excellent! It's not overly sweet or salty, so far I can't find anything wrong with the product.

Great taste and and is just like Gatorade but without the artificial additives. Also it helps me get in those amino acids while I'm at work doing heavy lifting.

I ordered this hoping for a less expensive substitute for Nutrilite Twist Tubes. But mixing a scoop into a 20 oz bottle of water produced a light blue drink which tasted odd to me and, more importantly, it very much upset my stomach. And when I tried to return it on Amazon the next day after I received it, I discovered "THIS ITEM ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN". Since the return policy is not clearly stated during the Amazon purchase process, I could have contested it with my bank but it was not worth the investment of my time. So, I'm sticking with Nutrilite Twist Tubes which make a great low sugar drink with health benefits. So, I'm $25 poorer and a day wiser.

This is the second flavour I’m trying. Peach tastes great so decided to try this. I only put half a scoop in and it was really good so can’t wait to try it in my water bottle with a full scoop to see how it tastes.I’d highly recommend. Dissolves easily too

Good product Some people say they don't like the taste, it's good. It recommends mixing with a cup if water but just mix with a full water bottle and it gives the same effect and just less "strong".It's easy to chug down if nessasary lol
