Didn’t work
Ordered the bear a month ago for my daughter as a gift from my son who begged to get it for her. We waited until her birthday to open it only to find that it didn’t work. Tried changing batteries.. nothing. He was very upset.

Ugly face. Did not look like it's photo.
The bear worked well and has a pleasent singing voice. However, the face was narrow and more pointed and not NEARLY as cute as the photo. I was very disappointed and sent it back.

No, the face is not as cute and round as in the pic. Find the video on YouTube. That is accurate. Still a nice item.
