Ripley's Believe It Or Not! 100 Years

Great for the price.Bought as gift for grandson,(his request) and got here, forthe price of the paperback,new. It is a Huge Hrvy Book. And the colorful jacket had couple tears, I had to tape,inside. Also the corners, and edge of binding little discolored and bent. All in All. It was a great deal.I would say"good"condition. I'm happy,I'm sure he will be too!. Hope he doesnt throw it at me. Its GIANT!!!!

These books are amazing, and this format is a perfect fit for Ripley's unique content. All the modern day Ripley's books seem to be glossy large format picture books, which drives the price way up while making the book itself to bulky to justify owning. These stack up in a small pile nicely, efficiently packing a tremendous amount of fascinating trivia into each volume. Great for relocating to restrooms after initial reading is done, these are about as good as it gets when it comes to bathroom literature everyone can and will enjoy. I'd personally love nothing more than to see Ripley's and other non-fiction concerns return to this pocket-book format, even if it means paying more for the privilege. There's simply nothing better than good books that don't take up a lot of real estate.

This is a massive book, well worth the price ($31.44). It's full of pictures; some of the older images are black & white (as another reviewer indicated), but many are in color too! If you're a Ripley's fan, this is a must have.

Interesting book series.

I am disappointed with this book. The book is just plain gray. Dust jacket is the only part that looks nice so I'm not giving it as Christmas present to my grandson. I'm going to just give it to him not as a present

I had to return the first order because the jacket had been damaged. This one was perfect!
