Worked for two years of regular use for pitching practice. I catch for my son to practice pitching, and we use one count for total pitches and the other count for strikes. It's perfect for that. Tonight he threw a wild pitch and nailed this thing. Crushed it. I liked it enough that I'm buying the exact same one to replace it after two years.

The media could not be loaded. Most people will want a pitch counter. Just buy this one. Works flawlessly. Also, during tournaments you’ll want to count the other team’s pitcher pitches as well. Either way, it’s maybe $2 bucks more for this one compared to a single counter. It’s 100% worth it. I WILL buy another, not because this one might break but because I’m sure I will loose it or it will walk away.

I love this thing! I use it to record 2 different activities that aren't sports related. I work in Healthcare. I've beat it up quite a lot too, but still works just fine. Try it

For five dollars you get a mechanical tally counter shipped to your door via Prime - can't go wrong with that. It's made of a very thin "chromy" metal plating, that I'd say is rust-resistant but not rust-free, and the sheen and shine wear off very quickly.I'm using this to count laps at the pool and if it were made of regular steel, it'd be completely rusted by now. Instead, anywhere that has the slightest scratch rusts, but it doesn't spread, at least. It's very light, and feels flimsy, but it works well and the tactile feedback is great: there's never any doubt as to whether or not a click has registered, which is excellent when your goggles have fogged up and you're in a hurry to go on to the next lap.I paid $5 for this with shipping (Prime FTW), and at that price, it was a bargain. It's not an amazing product, regardless if you're using this for the pool, for the store, or for the track, I'd say get it if the price is right, otherwise give it a pass and get something sturdier/better-made, or one of them new-fangled (and usually water-resistant) plastic electronic counters.

I work in a museum and I love this thing. Need to count more than one thing and have trouble keeping track of one clicker? This is efficient, reasonably durable, easy to use, and lightweight.

I bought this for a pretty non traditional use. I have a child with autism and she struggles with being aware of how often she repeats herself or causes distracting behavior. She goes through different phases with different issues and for a while, she was using the same word, repeatedly, obnoxiously. So I got this to carry around with me for a few days and I clicked it every time she repeated her behavior. For her to have a visual of how often it was occurring made a big difference in her understanding of things.The tally counter worked flawlessly and was easy to use, and fit nicely in my hand/pocket for use throughout the day. I can't imagine there being any reason that it would cause any problems to someone needing to use it for its intended purpose with sports. A great little tool and a nice price. I definitely give this product a full 5 stars!

I bought this is use when fishing to keep track of the fish limits. Works perfect because you can use one for “overs” and the other for “unders”…. Better than getting fined
