Best Naturals Ginseng complex 1000 mg, 120 Count

Listen to me now, and hear me later. :-) I glommed on to echinacea years ago as a way of delaying/minimizing/reducing the worst effects of a cold. I take it 5 days of every 7, so I don't build up a tolerance. Somewhere in there, I added a Ginseng complex like this one to the mix, and it seems to help even more. Sometimes, I'll get a cold, and I know I have a cold, but it's in the background, if that makes sense. The symptoms are there, but very much muted. I *know* this stuff works, whether anyone believes it or not. Healthline talks about its other benefits too. This is a good Ginseng complex.

Speed

I have been working on boosting my testosterone levels and one of the things I was told to take was Ginseng. I bought this product and have now gone through 2 bottles and I will say I think this has been working well. I love that the tablets are easy to take and filled with powder and not hard capsules. I take 2 twice a day and I notice that it not only gives me energy but it helps out my weight training sessions and workouts. I haven't checked the testosterone yet but I am betting that it's helping in that department also. Overall it's been a good product and lasted two months per bottle. The price is reasonable considering what I have gotten from the product. Highly recommend if you are looking for boosting your energy and stamina.

I have had better mental clarity with other brands, but this is a good product.

I've been taking these together with Rhadiola for the last few months. Previously I had trouble waking up in the mornings, hitting snooze repeatedly until the last minute possible. I now need only about 5-6 hours sleep per night and have no trouble getting up at 5:15am. I've changed my diet and am a bit more active now but I sincerely believe these have had an important impact on my energy levels. This is my second order and I'll be getting more when these run out.

I've only been using this product for about 3 weeks and noticed an increase in energy levels, less moodiness, less fatigue. However, I'm still tackling my sleeping issues. I heard this shouldn't be taken long term so after about 6 months I will give myself a break for a month and hopefully re-continue.
