It fits.
The system I have needs this exact air filter. Some say they are 20 x 20 x 4, but are just a 1/8 or up to a 1/4 inch larger all around. Those won't fit in mine. This filter is exact size. I replace here in Florida every 6 months, no problems.

Not a replacement Top Tech Filter but a substitute. It is an Accumulair filter; name should be in description for transparency.
Is not Top Tech. "Replacement For Top Tech" leads customer to believe it is a replacement filter, not a substitute filter. By using the word "for" they are confusing the customer by leading you to believe it is the exact replacement filter. It is literally a replacement for (meaning substitute). It is named Accumulair. Why not say that in the description? Because they want you to think it is Top Tech. It is not the quality filter of Top Tech all around, not reinforced, etc. I consider it false advertising and will not be buying from this company again. Be aware it is not a Top Tech replacement but a substitute. It is less than clear in the description. I feel duped by their sneaky play on words. For a Top Tech filter, it would have been a good price. I am not saying they won't work, but a customer has the right to know what they are buying and for what price.
