Leopard Geckos (Complete Herp Care)

This was bought for an 8 year old who purchased a lep geck. He read through it and had all sorts of neat facts to share. He picks it up again from time to time and finds new info. He said he feels like a better human when taking care of his pet from reading this book.

Great expert advice! I have 2 leopard geckos and I'm always looking for good information to back up my choices in husbandry and feeding. I always look for information written by experts and not just something someone said on a message board. Thank you Gerold and Cindy!

We bought this book for our nine year old so he could better understand his Gecko. It is nicely written and in words that any level of reader can easily grasp the main points. Covers all the topics you would need from medical care, breeding, feeding on and on. One of the better Leopard Gecko books I have found. We keep it right next to the tank for a quick reference when any questions come up.

Fantastic book with lots of info that will keep you returning to it for reference over and over. Was a great tool as I just got a Leopard Gecko and needed all the info I can get just to make sure I can provide the best life for him. Thanks so much to all who made getting this book possible.

I like that it is very informative and has colorful photos. It has a lot of good information about leopard geckos.

Bought as a gift for my friend before she got her Gecko. It's been very useful and so far, incredibly accurate. It helped her learn a lot and some things even I didn't know, and her pet is so much happier and healthier because of it!

I needed this book as a reference guide for Leopard Geckos, my son just got a baby one. We had done research online but I wanted to have a 'physical' book. This book is great in that it does tell you from getting one at a pet store or reptile expo to breeding and everything in between (feeding, temperature...).However, the book is 10 chapters long and only the first 5 chapters are about Leopard Geckos (up to page 64). The other 5 chapters (half the book) are about various other types of Geckos. That is interesting information but I purchased this particular book because of my MAIN interest in Leopard Geckos and only half the book met that need even though it's titled 'Leopard Geckos'

It's a good book

Excellent book. I bought it for my daughter so she can learn more about her new pet gecko. We've been reading it together and learning plenty of very useful information that will help us keep our little friend healthy and happy.

Das Buch ist gut geschrieben, v.a. wenn man zum ersten Mal Leos hat. Aber auch für uns als "alte" Halter sind ein paar gute neue Sachen drin.

This book covers in dept on how to really look after your leopard gecko, so if you your a beginner or own a few geckos, this book is for you. If your looking to find out about morphs i wouldn't bother buying this.But if your only starting out and would like to find out about basic morphs this book covers this.

Nice reference book, got it for a relative who looks after a Leopard Gecko and strives to provide the best care for the little fellow.
