We've reimagined this workhorse running style with less weight and a smoother heel-to-toe transition. The midsole is updated with a full-length FF BLAST PLUS cushioning unit and PureGEL technology. These features help provide a more energized toe-off with cloud-like softness underfoot. Meanwhile, the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM consists of wider basenets and an increased heel bevel and forefoot flare. As a result, you'll experience a silky-smooth transition from footstrike to toe-off. Polyester, synthetic mesh, synthetic overlay upper offers a supportive and comfortable foothold. I love the colors and the fit. My only issue is the left shoe rubs my pinky toe a little and after a few days, that is uncomfortable. Other than that, these are great. They are very light weight, which I love. They also have great arch support in my opinion.
