I love the simple way how the author describes chakras and the energy cycles in our lives. Everyone can learn on how to better use the divine energy that flows through us.

I have not read this but will do so soon. The Table of contents are interesting to me. I feel it will be beneficial to anyone interested in this subject.

In general, I liked. Informative book in pocket size.Nevertheless, Christian-oriented and appropriate affirmations (not applicable to me)...I'm out of any religion concepts. Therefore, my rating 4/5.
