NOT SHARP AT ALL! Okay if you’re craving longhorn cheese. Good texture and creaminess. Not great cheddar though. And not sharp in any way. Pretty disappointing.

I love this product. When I used to shop for cheese in grocery stores, I would buy what they called "sharp" cheddar cheese. NOT! When I found Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese, I fell in love. Best local store bought cheese I had ever had.Cabot describes this cheese as having a life of it's own, meaning each batch can turn out different from another batch. I understand that, but the reason I gave it 4 stars is that this cheese that I got in the mail was not as good as the ones I bought in the store. I realize that it has nothing to do with where I bought it, but this batch left me disappointed.I must say tho, it came VERY well packaged, almost as if it was in it's own little refrigerator. The cheese was still cold when I got it!
