WenVen Women's Winter Thicken Fleece Jacket Fur Hooded Military Parka Coat

I was having a really hard time finding a coat on Amazon since I haven't had to buy one in around 15 years. And not a lot of the reviews across coats ended up helping me in determining fit. I ended up going with this coat because it looked nice, and I liked that it had large pockets and a removable hood.The coat arrived in a nice zipper bag that seems pretty sturdy and meant to be re-used, so I plan to keep it. The coat itself actually looked better in person than it did on the page. No rips, tears, or weak looking seams. It's very comfortable and very warm. The faux fur lining inside is soft and didn't agitate my skin, and what isn't really shown in the pictures is that the sleeves have an inner cuff like a sweatshirt that hugs your wrists to help hold in heat and keep the sleeves from getting in the way of your hands.As for the fit: telling people your weight doesn't help anyone find the proper size! Two women of the same height and weight could have very different builds. I'm 5'2" and my bust is right on the cusp of a B-cup and a C-cup. I'm also pretty curvy (like around 40 inches for the hips) but narrow shoulders (so pear-shaped I think?). I prefer a roomier fit for my coats so I won't worry about layering clothes or movement (or if I gain weight the thing will still fit). With this in mind I bought a large. Fits exactly how I was hoping it would: no issues zipping the coat up, no pulling while it's closed. I can move my shoulders and arms without having to worry that the coat will squeeze and pinch. On me and zipped up the coat hangs a little long, about an inch or two above my knees, but I'm fine with that (most coats just aren't made for my height, so I don't mind things being a little long). I'd be able to easily wear a thick sweatshirt under it and still be fine.Overall a great coat! Will definitely be remembering this brand next time I need a new one.

Amazing coat. Not a cheap/poorly made coat. However, it was huge. I was wearing a hoodie when I tried it on. I read reviews stating it ran small so I sized up and ordered XL. I am 5'6" and 160 lbs.

Got a 2XL. I'm a short 5"2 woman, weight bout 240ish. I was very worried about the fit as I haven't bought a winter jacket in ages and the reviews are a bit scarce. I have chunky arms so the upper sleeve is a bit tight, as is the jacket when zipped. I have a DD bust, when zipped it a bit tight but not bad enough to return. I'm assuming it will become looser with time.The jacket itself is warm, the hit fits comfortably, I love all the pockets!!! Buttons seen sturdy and firm, I love the feel of the material. My only qualm would be the sewing. For a 70 dollar jacket there should not be fraying strings from the stitching and furr from the hood. I am, however, a very cheap person. Compared to the prices of other coats I've seen, I feel very content in buying this one. I'm confident I'll be warm this winter!

This coat was perfect! I took a trip to NYC in Jan2019 in 17°-22° average weather. This coat is lined with faux fur and kept me incredibly warm the whole trip. The hood is spacious and there are inside pockets as well. I was also happy to find the arms and cuffs were perfect in length, reaching all the way to my wrists. Excellent price, really cute style, and perfectly functional. I did notice people asking about it being water proof, I've worn it in light rain with no issues, but it's not really a rain coat, so I don't think it would be great for a real downpour. For reference, I purchased the XL, am 5' 6.5" and aprox 200lbs, short waist, hourglass shape.

This coat is extremely comfortable, and fits perfectly. I am very tall, so having sleeves that are long enough and shoulders that are wide enough has always been an issue. This coat feels like it was made exactly for me. I inspected the pockets because other reviewers said the sewing on them came loose, but the pockets seem to be fine on mine. The coat is not quite as long as I had hoped (it hits about mid-thigh--I hoped for right above the knee), but it is super warm and comfy, so I am still very satisfied.If you are a person that has a hard time finding a coat that fits because you have broad shoulders and longer arms, this coat will be a good one to get!

So not only is this coat heavy duty and perfect for the brutal Chicago weather, but is also very cute and photographs well?! Amazon should hire me to model these!

I wanted to wait a bit before I posted a review so I could take the coat out on a few exceptionally cold days. That being said, everything about this coat, so far, has been absolutely wonderful. The fit, based on the chart provided, is perfect. The feel of the lining isn't irritating at all, which I find with a lot of modern coats these days. I can wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath, and still have a little room. I would 10/10 recommend this. And, I mean, who can beat the price?

I'm so hesitant to buy any clothing online, but after searching forever for a good style & function match I gave in and tried this. It is awesome. It fit well, it was nice and long, the outside fabric feels good against rain, cold, wind and the inside is soft. I wasn't sure about the fur, but it was soft rather than itchy.Plus, plenty of good sized pockets!

I need to let potential purchasers know this jacket kept me warm during the depths of the 2019 polar vortex. I was out for 3 hrs at a time - under protected from shelters - on many occasions and the only part of me that felt any discomfort were my arms. I added a lightweight fleece jacket underneath and never looked back. Excellent value for the price. I would recommend using a water protector spray as the exterior material is cotton. During the rainy days of winter, I wasn't sure if the colour would bleed.

I liked the jacket but its more of an autumn jacket and definitely not for Ontario winters. The fit was fine. I wear an L and got an L considering I'll wear layers inside. So the fit was as per that in mind. I returned it since I wanted to buy a jacket for the snowy winters. The questions have responded to this same issue, but it was still a divided opinion. The coat does NOT come with a hanger. The only problem I saw was that the jacket's sleeve is not doubled up. It is only a single sleeve from which cold air may creep up to your elbows. It is definitely a good buy for a cold autumn evening.

This jacket kept me warm and cozy on all of my adventures in Iceland! Wind proof it certainly is, and so incredibly thick yet stylish and picture perfect. I love the colour and the faux fur hood is the perfect touch. I definitely recommend this product, especially for those cold winter months or an adventure to someplace bone-chillingly cold!

Amazing value for the price. I live in Canada and this sucker is working just fine in 10 below. I ordered a size larger, just in case it was too big... But I'm so damn comfy in it, and when we get to 30 below (celsius, that is), I intend to put a sweater under it!!! I also LOVE the hood!!!! It's lovely! And I get lots of compliments when I wear it...then I say how much it is, and get an even bigger "OMG NO WAY!!!"

I saw the other reviews and ordered 1 size smaller than usual in US sizing, still too big!!! It is unfortunate as it is a great looking coat, would not be able to tell you if it is warm enough for winter or waterproof since I have to return it... If I see it in lightning deals again, I might try to order 2 sizes smaller than my usual size as, as I said, it is actually of pretty decent quality of fabric and good looking coat.
