This is a great bag but the zipper is broken and starting to fray... can I get a replacement?

Would be better with a zippered inside pouch with one pen holder in the 2nd main compartment. Love that unlike many other models it has back secret pouch and earphone hole. One last thing: the mesh at the sides are a bit tight for a water bottle.

Used for hiking I was able to store four bottles of water money cards and headphones easily with more room available

It has a keychain holder good size compartments you can even hold two bottles of water on sides
