The pretty stone factory, built in 1999 with a twin purpose of giving employment to local women of bhuira village and for using the abundant local fruit, nests amidst apple orchards and deodhars in the beautiful fruit growing areas of rajgarh, in the sirmaur district of himachal pradesh. Made by happy mountain women who take great pride in their work, these jams bring the flavor and romance of the mountains to your breakfast table. The fruit used is the freshest and the very best. Wherever possible, jams are made from organically grown, sometimes even homegrown fruit. Hand-picked, it is carefully hand sorted and meticulously hand-cut. The process used by Bhuira Jams is very labor intensive but this is its usp - a preservative , homemade taste, full of fruit and natural goodness. With humility, they submit that it is even better than home-made made with fresh oranges grown in himachal and carefully plucked, this marmalade will give you the rich and slightly bitter flavor of himachali oranges in every bite.

Bhuira Bitter Orange Marmalade - 470gm (From Himachal) Simply excellent, it is slightly bitter as advertised and has a large amount of orange peel which is the essence of a good marmalade. There is plenty of fruit pulp, and a very nice fruity flavour. Tastes like homemade marmalade.Note: Despite the fact that the jam tastes slightly bitter, there is a lot of sugar added, the bitterness is due to Orange and Indian Lime skin slices which are present.

This is quite good and i will recommend it , best bit about is that this is not a jam masquerading as a Marmalade but rather an authentic Marmalade and you can taste the bitter Orange peel . Although i loved it but some of my members felt that this could be made perhaps a little less sweeter .

Good Product !
The product is excellent, that's why we go through trouble to get this product.This time the delivery was so poor, ordered on 4 th july and only delivered on 16 th july after a lot of follow up.The delivery process just made the order so painful.

Delightful
This has become my favourite marmalade. Flavour and colour are very good and its a pity the local shop does not stock Bhuira jams.Update.. Sadly, no delivery is happening these days.

Simply excellent
firstly i loved the appearance of the product. its beautiful golden color. Then i loved the unique taste this has. I am very happy to have indian brand which is natural without added preservative and any synthetic material in it.Only one problem was with delivery logistic. The product was delayed delivery. but after having this product i can ignore that for sure.i would love to taste other products Bhuira has.
