Good product, keep up the good work

I liked the explanations about real estate considerations. The only negative was the continued plugs promoting Cardon Capital but definitely worth reading!

Grant seems like he wants to help…..get people to invest with him. This book is a mix of him explaining how complicated it is while offering a joint investment if you find deals and want him to fund it. It’s a perfect model for him. Teach people how to shop deals, show them how much money is needed, show the complications, make it really easy to share those potential deals and invest “with” him….BOOM! Exponential growth of his deal searching abilities….it’s a brilliant plan on his part. He will without a doubt continue to grow his net worth with this crowdresearching network.

Great read. I got a good understanding of the importance of going big on real estate deals. Learned a lot.

Fast. and in good condition

To be honest with whoever’s reading this. Grant Cardone is the only person to actually make sense of and break down what multifamily real estate is. On top of that, he explicitly explains how to look at deals and how to work with real estate agents. Before seeing his show I had no clue what to invest in because I thought the whole stock market was a scam (which it is). But now after seeing all his sitcoms and reading this book I am eager to get ready into the game of real estate and set a better life not only for myself, but my family as well. Due to him explaining all the steps in such comprehensive detail I am eager to get started. Being a “trust-fund baby” from a chaotic past I put a lot of pressure on myself to do the best I can with what I was given. Being an accredited investor such as myself I think this is the safest yet most effective way to use your money. Even if you’re just getting started with investing, investing in cardone capital is a wise decision.Thank you for your insight Grant,Hope to speak with you someday

Meh…. I loved Grant until I spent $35 bucks on the book that is nothing but a shameless plug to invest in “Cardone Capital” 🙄 The book title How to Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate is very misleading. He starts off by explaining why every single method of investing, Ie. single family, duplex’s, small apartment building etc are terrible options. Then proceeds to come to the conclusion that the ONLY way for us pee-ons with less money than him to become wealthy in real estate is by investing in his new Cardone Capital program. Gross…. I lost all respect for him. He bashes every method of investing out there except for his, which he will in turn, capitalize off of. I couldn’t stomach it. It’s a $35 sales pitch. Kudos to him for hitting us lowly investors twice, once for buying the book and twice for investing in Cardone Capital. Actually it’s genius. He’s not a millionaire for nothing. But really Grant? You couldn’t have maybe shown at least one or two more options that make sense? To top it off, the book is really dry and boring which makes it hard to follow.Don’t waste your money on this book, listen to Bigger Pockets. There are so many extremely successful investors on there and they recommend investing books on every podcast.
