Simple Stand = Simple Joy and Keeps Away the Food Grease!
I bought a Slingbox HD Pro many years ago - it was one of the best purchases I have every made....beginning with my iPhone 4, I started watching TV while eating lunch. Nothing earth-shattering, usually just CNN. Most of the restaurants I grab lunch in have TV screens mounted on the wall, but with all of the ambient noise it's usually pretty difficult to hear the audio. So I use my Bluetooth earpiece and my iPhone (now a 6S+) to watch my home cable TV from anywhere using my Slingbox. Now eating a grilled chicken sandwich or burger can be a messy experience; no one wants to get their phone covered with food grease, so when I moved from my iPhone 4 to my iPhone 5, I also purchased an external battery case to help extend the battery life. That case also had a flip-out built in kickstand which I used to prop up the phone for viewing. When I moved to my iPhone 6S+, I wanted a less bulky case, and the external battery wasn't necessary since the larger phone has better battery life. That's when I started looking for some type of portable stand solution. My first portable stand was a DIY creation I made out of an old gift card - a few cuts, and I was able to use it to prop up the iPhone, but it added bulk to my wallet, even when unfolded, and had a habit of falling out on to the floor. Next stop - Amazon, where I found the Keyprop. My keyring already is pretty large, so adding this one item didn't add any weight or perceptible bulk.I also have a case on my iPhone 6+ which covers some of the ports, making it somewhat awkward to use this item by inserting it into the headphone jack or lightning port, but as it turns out the space between the two protrusions meant to go into the ports is just the right size to grab the case with its clear plastic cover and hold it. I can also easily adjust the angle by shuffling some of my keys around on the table - it stays put and does not slide around.Pros:• Inexpensive• Durable• Not easily lost or forgotten on a keyring• Black color is a perfect match for my car keysCons:• Would be nice if it had another function, like a bottle opener, but I'm just greedy

I am going through the trouble to RETURN THIS POS (and write this negative review) in an act of protest.
My phone is a Motorola Moto G4 Plus, 5.5" screen, body about 6" long and this Keyprop thing doesn't work at all. Phone just flops over. Whether you have a keyring attached to it or not. I tried everything to make it work. Tried arranging the keys on the keyring *just so* to get it to anchor the phone. NOTHING worked. It MIGHT work for much smaller phones. I tried it on a Motorola Moto X1, 4.7" screen, 5" body, and the Keyprop BARELY held it's position. It wobbles on it's corner opposite the Keyprop device and if you touch it, say to swipe the screen to scroll an article on the web, the phone destabilizes and wiggles around and the Keyprop works it way out of the headphone port. What a waste of time.It is just a tiny little piece of plastic, probably cost about 1 cent to manufacture, I paid $6, which in all fairness is mostly for shipping and isn't a huge amount of money to experiment with, YET I refuse to let the maker keep my money. $0.06 (SIX CENTS) is too much. RETURNED.

Great for a busy mom!
I have an Android Galaxy Nexus phone and the keyprop works great. It is amazing how useful it is! Examples of how I have used it: watching movies or reading on my phone on airplanes, playing videos for my 2 year old while I cut his nails (he hates this), taking big group photos so that no one is excluded, selfies with my babies, etc. This past Christmas I gave them to several of my cousins and the reviews were super positive. The fact that it goes on your keychain is genius. The two things I always have are my keys and my phone. It is great! I highly recommend it - good value, super useful.

Very handy and neat!
Very neat product! I love that it's on my work keys so when I punch out I can quickly begin watching my shows. I'd rate it a 5 but I really wish you didn't have to use the headphone jack. Bluetooth headphones are a must with it. I have an s10 plus and it's a little unstable. If you hit the back button with Netflix it falls over but all you have to do is hold the corner when hitting buttons on the left. Over all I am happy with this purchase! Someone said it seems flimsy. Not sure what gave them that idea. It seems like it will last a good long while.

Very useful!
I’ve got a case that is also a battery charger and the material would not adhere to an add on stick. So this is usable with or without the case. I noticed it’s not available to order more and hope it does for they will make good gifts.

Does OK at propping up an iPhone 6 *in a case*
It's ok at propping up my iPhone 6, because I have it in a case with a rubberized shell that is not slippery. And I still have to fiddle with it to get it to sit right and stay in place. I suspect it would not effectively hold up a 6+ (Plus) because of the phone being that much bigger. And if you do not put your phone in a case at all, and it has smooth corners/edges (like the iPhone 6 sans case), I don't think the Keyprop would work at all.I kept it, but I do wish it was more effective / stable. Why did I keep it, because it's better than nothing and it has the portability factor going for it. I've tried two, maybe three, smartphone 'prop up' / stand things over the years and they all required that I remember to bring them where with me. This thing always being on your keychain makes it so much more useful. So, once again, it's a very flawed product. But.... considering the limitations of making it like a key on your keychain (so that it adds very little to your keychain/pocket and you always have it handy).... it's worth the six dollars.
