Don't buy these for the height boost
Don't believe they're as this as advertised or they compress so much that you don't get the benefit of the thickness. I measured pretty carefully to get the clearance I needed and ordered these because they should have provided that, and then a generous margin. When installed, they don't. The furniture doesn't slip and they will protect the floor but they don't give much lift.Also, be prepared to trim the excess material around the pad or it will attract every particule of dirt and dust. Not a product flaw, just a note.

Worked for me
I used them for a leather chair/recliner and ottoman the goes with it. The chair and ottoman are on a wood look alike vinyl floor (apartment). The ottoman would always slide out and when trying to recline the chair, it is the kind that you push back, the chair what slide everywhere. I put them on the chair legs and cut and attached them to match the leg patters on the bottom. The thickness was perfect. Works absolutely perfect for me. So glad I found this size -the manufacturer made a great product

Worked perfectly
Purchased these because we switched from carpeting to a wood floor. We were able to cut them to size and they work great to prevent furniture from sliding and scratching the floor.

These things work great!
The furniture stays exactly where we put it. Even the lazy boy that the dog sits on the top of, then leaps off, will stay where it belongs. We got them when we got rid of our carpeting and got wood floors.

They slide
I trusted the reviews which was a mistake. Not what I was looking for. These slide when attached to furniture bottoms. They have a smooth bottom as opposed to a tacky rubber bottom like most. Would not recommend. Returned.

Functional with so many uses at a great price.
This stuff is fantastic! There are so many uses! I had purchased this for my new sectional sofa because the pieces move a bit and can scratch the floor. This product ended up not just being used for the sectional sofa, but also my speaker stands, subwoofers, etc. Highly recommended.

Super pads to prevent slipping and to protect carpet and floor
These pads are great. They can be cut to size/shape for specific applications. They will make a piece of furniture more stable-- it won't slide and mar a wood floor. I'd give six stars if it were possible! ☺
