It charges fast, the surface is so smooth, and very lightweight compared to my other battery cases. Easy to slide in and out,I like this case especially how I don't need to remove it to charge.

The case is EXACTLY what it says. I like the feel, yes it does add a bit of bulk, but it’s a big battery! I like the raised edge to protect the screen. It feels great, and definitely protective of the Max as I can see. I’m not sure of the battery as of today, but I expect it will be great based on all the proper ratings and certifications it has.

UPDATE: I have now used the case for a few weeks and it no longer works. Case will not charge my phone. Also, when connected to a USB the pass through charging won’t occur either. Only the case gets charged and not the phone. Material quality is very low...more of a plastic type feel. Disappointed and returning to seller.Minimal design and very simple (no logo) which I prefer. Adds weight but that is expected. Press to hold and start charging prevents accidentally activating when picking up or pulling the phone out of your pocket. Full protection of your phone all around but the top portion is a plastic piece that clicks in place. I wish they had made that a magnetic piece as you could use that behind the phone as a stand otherwise when on a desk or flat surface. The magnetic back side I have not tested but it appears to only be directly in the middle and not the entire back....i’ll see how that holds up.The seller is extremely responsive and wants to ensure customer satisfaction which is always a good thing.If you want a case that works as advertised this is a good purchase. I would recommend for XS Max users.

The keyword search says that this case is Qi compatible and it is not. It also does not include a charging cable, which is also described inaccurately in the description - it says its micro USB and it is, in fact, lightning cable.The case is a bit heavier and bulkier than I was expecting based on the photos, but there is no "chin" which is a plus. The lightning port does support charging and synchronizing, but NOT apple car play. I don't have a magnet mount in my car, but there is a sticker on the phone that says it includes one, which is not a feature I was looking for; I'd rather have Qi charging that the description lead me to believe it supports. I haven't decided if lack of Qi is a deal breaker yet, so i'll update my rating and details after a few days of use.The design is cleaver; I like how the top nests behind the rest of the case. The construction feels very solid (again its kind of heavy) and the little extra bulk is not a problem for me; it actually fits my large hands a little better than my previous case or no case at all. It would be nice if the bezel was raised 1 mm higher - it is not raised enough in my opinion.

What I liked about this case it felt sturdy and it has a little bit of a ledge around the screen so that was nice. It also felt nice in the hand and the look of it wasn’t bad at all for a battery case. What I didn’t like. It was hard as hell to get out of the case. My particular case had charging issues when I plugged it in it would charge the case but not my phone. When I pressed the button for the case to charge my phone it wouldn’t do that either. My phone also had a few scratches on the side from this case . Unfortunately for me I had to send this case back, and I’m on to the next charging case. Luckily there is a lot out there to choose from. Im moving on to zero lemon so we will see how that goes. Good Luck everyoneUPDATE: the company did right by me and sent me a new case.
