The product is sturdy and well made, but it is smaller than I imagined, delivered on time, overall a decent quality

I paid a premium to get this from Amazon UK. Based on all of my other Fiskars purchases, I thought this would be another fantastic tool. I was had! This wedge is exceptionally challenging to start in a log! I have used an eight pound maul, full round-house swing to create a crease to start this wedge. Then, taking 4-5 strong single hand "starting" swats on this wedge to get it set, it's all for naught! Then taking full on splitting swings with the 8 lb maul this waste of $ will come flying out of the "round", with the first hit that isn't dead flippin' center. This is without fail! Disappointed!

Cet outil est inutilisable, trop petit, il entre mal dans le bois et à tendance à tourner lors de la frappe. Les outils Fiskars sont normalement efficaces et bien pensés. Celui-ci est l'exception qui confirme la règle..
